(OTC:VCSY) announced today that it has signed an agreement with its Brazilian partner, Zap Quote, S.A., to develop businesses utilizing Zap Quote, S.A. proprietary wireless broadcast technology in all countries outside of South America.

One of the first actual applications of the wireless broadcasting technology, currently provide by Zap Quote, S.A., is to provide real time financial data to banks, brokers and travel agencies at very competitive prices. One future Internet application would be for an individual to make a request via Vertical's portal, the request being broadcast to a targeted community of service providers. Once the `best' solution is identified, the answer is relayed back to the originator of the request.
